We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Service Technician to join our team.
- This position involves delivering quality service to customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety checks on material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
- Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs efficiently.
- Record notes and file service records accurately and appropriately.
- Participate in industry-leading training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential. However, demonstrated mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills are required.
- Able to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs with ease.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective customer interactions and teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Gaining experience working with Australia's top-tiered customer base and expanding professional network.
