Job Summary

The End User Computing Analyst is a critical role responsible for managing and supporting all endpoints. This position ensures the efficient, secure, and seamless operation of end point technology in line with business needs.

  • Manage the lifecycle of end user devices including upgrades, patches, and replacements.
  • Create and maintain device images for quick deployment to devices and systems.
  • Ensure operating systems are properly deployed, updated, and secure.
  • Install, update, and manage business-critical software applications.
  • Provide escalation and troubleshooting for issues with operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Ensure all endpoint devices meet required standards and comply with regulations.

This role requires an experienced End User Computing Analyst with the following attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar capacity.
  • Working knowledge of Operating Systems and Hardware.
  • Experience using Intune for MAM and MDM.
  • In-depth experience using Autopilot to configure devices.
  • Experience with software deployment and patching.
  • Scripting or automation skills such as PowerShell.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of third-party patching applications i.e Patch My PC.
  • Familiarity and understanding of networking and security principles.
  • Working knowledge of Group policy including application whitelisting.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with management portals such as Knox, HP Connect, Teamviewer Console.
  • Experience using a ticketing system such as Fresh Service for Incidents, Requests and Change Management.
