Business Development Opportunity

Soliciting business and maximising revenue potential from selected corporate businesses, domestic leisure wholesalers, inbound tour operators, international incentive groups and other market-centric opportunities is key to your role.

Actively converting enquiries into confirmed business and consistently striving to develop relationships with new and repeat booking customers to increase revenue and demand is essential. This includes building strong rapport with clients, establishing their needs, selling the benefits of the hotels, converting the business and participating in marketing plans to increase business.

Key performance criteria relate to revenue for rooms and events, while being mindful of profitability. You will use your initiative to find ways of promoting the hotels to clients, both current and prospective, and liaise closely with marketing teams.
