Job Overview

The project delivery lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of technology projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with IT, Engineering/Product Development teams to achieve an integrated approach to technology delivery.

• Analyzing multiple work packages and providing advice to team leaders and management to ensure timely and robust delivery.

• Designing and developing new systems, processes, and practices to optimize project delivery while managing scope, resources, and budget.

• Utilizing tools and methodologies to automate project tasks and tracking.

• Coordinating resource allocation and tracking across PMO and IT Operations teams to ensure adequate resource pools and minimize impact on Business as Usual operations.

• Driving modern delivery practices using best-practice agile frameworks tailored to the delivery model.

• Establishing tactical workstreams for engineers/technical professionals to execute Business as Usual and larger projects.

• Contributing to engineering standards and technologies/frameworks and leading associated working groups.

• Communicating complex technology information effectively to stakeholders.

• Providing analysis of potential delivery and operational risks and recommending scalable solutions.

• Accurately documenting roadmaps and work streams to provide a clear view of current and future resource, budget, and delivery requirements.

• Coaching team leaders to deliver successful client-facing projects and services.

• Engaging with executives and clients to provide insight into project delivery streams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Agile certification and 8 years of agile delivery experience within a technical function.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
