Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily activities across various food and beverage outlets.

Your leadership skills will ensure smooth operations, efficient service delivery, and a motivated team ready to exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and promote positive working relationships throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for coaching and developing team members.

You will be comfortable in running a busy shift, monitoring multiple outlets, and motivating staff to achieve targets and goals. Additionally, you will be proactive in addressing feedback from guests and staff to continuously improve service quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as operational oversight, team development, policy implementation, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Current RSA certificate and solid understanding of liquor licensing and OH&S regulations
  • Current Food Handlers certificate and solid understanding of food safety and hygiene
  • Genuine passion for coaching and developing team members
