Food Preparation and Service Role

We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team in meeting the daily needs of our residents. The successful candidate will work as part of our Hotel Services team, responsible for food preparation and service, in room service and ensuring that the dining areas remain clean and ready for service.

About the Role:

  • Prepare, Plate and Serve Amazing Food
  • Clean Kitchen and Dining Room Areas
  • Wash Up and Load/Unload Dishwasher
  • Maintain Excellent Safety Awareness
  • Create Unforgettable Dining Experiences

This is a physically demanding role, requiring the ability to bend, squat, lift and push items to carry out daily tasks safely. You must be able to perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, your colleagues and our residents.

About You:

  • 6 Months Kitchen Experience Preferably in Aged Care Sector
  • Strong Workplace Safety and Communication Skills
  • Safeguard Residents in Dining Halls and Maintain Hazard-Free Environment
  • Ability to Problem-Solve and Work with Limited Supervision
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Be Hard Working, Flexible and Available to Cover Shifts
  • Bring Genuine Care and Compassion to Mealtimes
