Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer and student services that support vocational education and training outcomes.

You will contribute to strategic and operational planning processes, develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of our customers and students, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a permanent full-time position within our Business Innovation and Commercialisation team at our South Bank Campus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A tertiary qualification in business or extensive industry experience;
  • Knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector;
  • Previous experience in managing teams and developing leadership capability;
