Group Reporting Manager

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to lead our annual and half-year financial reporting process. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining internal controls over financial reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Australian regulatory requirements.
You'll report and present significant accounting matters to our Audit & Risk Committee and stay up-to-date with new reporting developments to provide technical accounting advice to the business. Strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization are essential for success in this role.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need extensive experience with financial reporting, including data analysis and interpretation. A solid understanding of AASB, IFRS, corporate governance, and relevant legislation is also required. You'll be a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and present effectively.
CA or CPA qualification is essential, and experience preparing ASX deliverables in a listed company environment is highly desirable.
