We're a dynamic and growing organization, and we're now looking for a skilled Property Asset Manager to support our Property Management team.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and motivated Property Asset Manager to manage property invoices and payments, process rental income, and maintain accurate lease data within our systems. Working closely with our Property Managers, you'll ensure all payments are accurate, in line with lease agreements, and that all documentation is correctly handled and recorded.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a rent roll and budgeted outgoings for over 380 leases, troubleshooting payment queries, processing rent escalations, and assisting with annual budgets. You'll also play a key role in ensuring our property data is up to date and our documentation is in order.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease agreements.
- Process rental income and maintain accurate lease data within our systems.
- Work closely with Property Managers to ensure all payments are accurate and documentation is correctly handled.
- Manage a rent roll and budgeted outgoings for over 380 leases.
- Troubleshoot payment queries and process rent escalations.
- Assist with annual budgets and ensure property data is up to date.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a curious, innovative mindset.
- Proven experience in property finance, accounts payable, or accounts receivable duties.
- Excellent administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
