About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to lead our annual and half-year financial reporting process. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining internal controls over financial reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Australian regulatory requirements.
You'll report and present significant accounting matters to our Audit & Risk Committee and stay up-to-date with new reporting developments to provide technical accounting advice to the business. Strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization are essential.
About YouYou'll have extensive experience with financial reporting, including data analysis and interpretation of complex data. A solid understanding of AASB, IFRS, corporate governance, and relevant legislation is required. We're looking for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills, who can influence and present with confidence. CA or CPA qualification is essential, and experience preparing ASX deliverables in a listed company environment is highly desirable.
