Administrative Assistant - Doncaster Saturday

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, greeting clients, preparing correspondence, and assisting with maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person interactions
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Prepare and dispatch correspondence, including letterbox drops and anniversary letters
  • Assist with maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of RP Office and Box + Dice an advantage
About the Role:

This is a casual opportunity working 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. Previous experience in the industry or in a similar role is advantageous. We value strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.
