Job summary:- Flexible hours available

- Working rights required for this role
- Expected salary: $30 - $45 per hour
- This is an immediate start position
We currently need an experienced Receptionist with dental assisting background that is highly motivated and driven to achieve full books and results to help us grow to the next level and lead to management level.
The position is full time Monday to Saturday.
The role is a busy role with tasks ranging from but not limited to:
Ensuring all dentists books full, all team members have morning huddle and deliver outstanding service
Have a solid background on the clinical side of a dental practice
Properly manage induction, and training for new and ongoing team members
Oversee the marketing of the practice to help us grow
Be the face of our reception area, meet and greet patients and see the smooth running of our front office reception area
Conduct dental administration tasks documented systems such as: recalls, appointment bookings, payment processing, end of day banking, payment plans from D4W
Management of of laboratory work
Profile for correct person for this role:
Previous dental reception experience and senior dental assistant is necessary
Hard working and self-motivated
Is honest and trustworthy
Someone that wants to help grow the business
Has leadership skills
Fast learner
Friendly, approachable, collaborative, and professional manner
Doesn't need constant supervision or overseeing
Is extremely organised and tidy
Experience with D4W dental software is essential
Has the ability to manage other staff effectively
