About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employment Advocate. In this role, you will work closely with job seekers to understand their needs and develop personalized employment plans that promote sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of job seekers' skills, abilities, and goals
  • Develop tailored employment plans that address barriers to employment and provide support for successful job placement
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with job seekers, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment plans and make adjustments as needed
