The Role

">
  • This is an on-site position that involves encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Providing high-quality support to our clients in a friendly and professional manner;
  2. Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  3. Sustainable Employment: Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  4. Compliance: Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  5. Service Delivery: Providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality support to customers in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, employers and other stakeholders;
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems;
  • KPIs: Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Drivers Licence: A current Drivers Licence is required for this role.
