Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Surveillance Operative for insurance and corporate matters.

The role involves a diverse range of work including field surveillance, personal injury investigations, witness/subject location and enquiries, government, general insurance and corporate assignments.

  • Appropriate surveillance equipment is necessary.
  • Physical surveillance experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP is mandatory.
  • Photographic and video skills are essential.
  • A licenced vehicle is required.
  • Current investigator's licence is compulsory.
  • An ABN (if contracting) is needed.
  • Ability to submit the findings of your investigation through various mediums and technological platforms is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving are necessary.
  • Honesty, integrity, self motivation and the ability to work within strict time frames are expected.
