Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor gaming, non-gaming, and cash-handling areas to ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, and procedures
  • Operate and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems, promptly reporting any technical issues encountered
  • Document incidents, observations, and reviews using computerised log systems with accuracy
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of casino games, internal policies, and gaming regulations
  • Support the security control room as a backup controller when required
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Investigate suspicious activity thoroughly and ensure reports are accurate

The ideal candidate will have experience working with surveillance systems and a comprehensive understanding of casino operations. They must also possess high ethical standards and discretion when handling confidential information.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming Certificates are mandatory. Furthermore, the ability to obtain and maintain a NT Casino Operative License is necessary.
