Job Opportunity

The Graduate Engineer program is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to cultivate a diverse set of knowledge and skills.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will gain exposure to various sectors and work environments, laying the foundation for a successful and enduring career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical, and closure & remediation projects.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience in a consulting environment highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries highly desired.
