We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Burleigh Heads. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently at home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, helping our customers to maintain their independence and nutrition.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, promoting our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide respite and emotional support, helping our customers to manage their care needs and maintain their dignity.
- Transport customers to appointments and provide social support, helping them to stay connected with their community.
- We are committed to improving the quality of life and wellbeing for our customers through tailored in-home care services.
- We guarantee hours close to home as a permanent part time employee, ensuring you have a stable and predictable work schedule.
- Your well-being is our priority, and we offer extensive paid training and a culture of continuous learning to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.
- We offer accelerated learning programs to gain your professional qualifications (Cert 3) and paid CPR and First Aid courses.

- You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of the role.
- You should be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
- You should be available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
