Product Development Manager

- Lead cross-functional teams to execute new product development and delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring milestones are met.
- Ensure operational readiness for product roll-out, including customer service, fulfillment, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with teams to facilitate product testing and validation processes.
- Work closely with Directors to align product initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Prioritize key product developments and drive initiatives that will have the highest impact across segments.
Required skills include strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities. Experience working in industries or sectors is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications- 3-7 years of experience in product management or delivery.
- Demonstrated experience working in industries or sectors.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks in a collaborative manner.
