Product Development Manager

Product Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the company. This key position involves overseeing the development of new products for domestic and international markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to execute product development strategies from concept to commercial production, managing product innovation pipelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in product development, specifically in food science, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
Additional qualifications include minimum 5 years technical and professional research & development experience, hands-on approach with ability to engage in bench and factory trials, ingredient knowledge in batter and coatings technology, and general knowledge of manufacturing processes.
