Job Summary

This position offers an opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team providing specialist services for bladder and bowel issues or pelvic floor dysfunction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment, care planning, and treatment skills as well as the ability to provide education and advice to colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case review meetings to set patient goals and objectives
  • Provide expert advice and education to healthcare professionals and patients on continence management and pelvic floor rehabilitation
  • Pursue quality improvement initiatives to enhance the Continence and HIP Programs

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Postgraduate qualification in the field of continence and pelvic floor health
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
  • A current National criminal history check or willingness to obtain
