We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert product recommendations that meet customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry. You should be confident in reaching sales targets and possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers.

As a team player, you will be open to daily coaching and feedback from store and assistant managers. Availability is required Monday through Sunday.
