Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by using our Guide Sales Process and providing personalized support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bicycles, components, apparel, and technology to offer expert advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay informed about store operations and customer needs.
  • Adhere to Trek's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay organized and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by maintaining open communication and fostering teamwork.
