About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our client's business, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining merchandising standards across their product range.

Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional results by exceeding sales targets, driving customer engagement, and building strong relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure successful partnerships
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
