Team Assistant - Investment Banking

Join our finance team and take on a challenging role as a Team Assistant in Investment Banking.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to Managing Directors/Directors within the Investment Banking department.

  • Provide diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
  • Support email monitoring, expense claims, and ad-hoc meetings across various time zones.
  • Coordinate diaries, book meeting rooms, and prepare materials for presentations and conferences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience in a corporate finance setting.
