As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of preventative maintenance activities for various medical equipment.

This role is crucial in coordinating and planning PM activities to ensure timely servicing and minimize downtime. You will work closely with internal and external customers to facilitate PM service across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of PM activities
  • Extract and analyze PM data from multiple systems to schedule maintenance effectively
  • Manage Field Engineer PM appointment calendars and accurately populate them with PM appointment data
  • Communicate with customers through various mediums to facilitate on-time servicing
  • Reschedule PM appointments as needed and update key stakeholders
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute positively to improvement initiatives and maintenance issue resolution
  • Analyze PM data and asset location to optimize maintenance scheduling
  • Contribute to data cleansing activities as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive coordination and planning experience in a dispersed operational environment
  • Proficiency in using multiple operating platforms and systems or similar
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced capabilities in using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment nationally and internationally
  • Self-management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
