Maintenance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance professional to oversee the management of all planned preventative maintenance activities across Defence bases.
As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all statutory and non-statutory maintenance is completed on time.
Your role will involve coordination with Facility Supervisors to deconflict activities on the estate, working with vendors to schedule maintenance, and submitting Equipment Change forms to ensure consistent and aligned data.
You will also be required to submit Notice of Disruptions to stakeholders and undertake Quality audit checks and asset validation on maintenance activities.
- Management of vendors, interfacing with internal and external customers;
- Vendor management, scheduling, and supervision of essential services;
- Managing maintenance activities as required for client or tenant service requests;
- Manage all Service Request priorities and Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters;
- Capture all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site/s;
- Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are achieved;
- Carrying out site condition assessment audits;
- Supporting and assisting the Facilities Manager as required.
