Technician Needed for Preventative Maintenance

As a skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of food manufacturing facilities.
About the Role:- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns using your expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Support root cause analysis and follow-up actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks and repairs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment uptime and maintain a safe working environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A trade-qualified background in maintenance or a related field, such as electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and think critically.
- The ability to weld and use lathes is advantageous, but not essential.
