Job Role:

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead project planning and execution. This role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project planning to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to identify, address, and resolve risks and issues.
  • Build effective customer relationships, prioritizing their needs throughout transition activities.
  • Provide timely reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes for leadership teams and project meetings.
  • Manage technical delivery requirements, including internal requests, submissions, and approvals in line with project timelines.
  • Escalate and track issues during transition and Go-Live phases to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to monitor incidents, communicate impacts, and ensure customers receive timely resolution updates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ICT project delivery, with capability in managing schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and people management skills, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear reporting, status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude, driving projects forward and supporting business objectives.
  • Comfortable working independently within a broader delivery team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Teams, leveraging these tools to plan, track, and coordinate project activities efficiently.
