About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Centre of Expertise in Organisation Development & Talent, where you will play a key role in driving organisational change and cultural transformation. As a Change and Culture Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating organisational change management, providing guidance and support to our Executive and Senior Leadership teams, and promoting best practice organisational change management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cultural change programs and transformational change initiatives aligned to Anglicare's strategic priorities
  • Build roadmaps to shift individual and collective mindsets and behaviours, driving organisational change and cultural transformation
  • Provide guidance and support to the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working
  • Manage transformation/transition activities aligned to business and strategic priorities, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
About You

We are seeking a passionate, people-focused, and motivated organisational development professional with experience and qualifications in:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Behavioural Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in change management or related field
  • Accreditation/certification in a Change Management methodology (desired)
  • Substantial demonstrated experience and success in leading and/or implementing large-scale organisational change projects within a complex environment, delivering on objectives and building employee engagement throughout the process
  • Highly experienced in the development and implementation of culture, change, and communication strategies and plans
  • Experience with restructuring (change impacts) and the ability to develop knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA)/Industrial Relations (IR) policies
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and driving culture change across all levels of the organisation
  • Experienced in providing advice, coaching, and support to leaders in leading people-centric culture change
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with strong interpersonal and personal relationship building skills
