As a Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing cloud-based data pipelines to solve complex business problems. This role requires expertise in Python, SQL, and Airflow or other orchestration tools, as well as experience with Google Cloud or other cloud technologies.

Job Description

This is a mid-senior level position that involves creating, presenting, and seeking feedback on architecture, solution designs, and fostering alignment and support for solutions. You'll apply relevant testing frameworks to ensure the robustness of solutions and communicate analysis, insights, solution designs, and showcase working solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and Airflow or other orchestration tools.
  • Experience with Google Cloud or other cloud technologies to build Data Engineering solutions.
  • Growth mindset and ability to work together with the broader team in an Agile setup.
  • Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD practices.
  • Understand data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
