Lead Business and Legal Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals looking to leverage their expertise in Business & Legal Affairs to drive business growth and success.
Key responsibilities- Senior Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs: Provide strategic legal advice to the business on key deals, transactions, and projects.
- Executive Director & Chief of Staff, Office of the General Counsel: Lead the development and implementation of business strategies that align with company objectives.
- Assistant General Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
- Counsel Director, Legal and Business Affairs: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business & Legal Affairs.
- A strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
