We are seeking an experienced Legal Affairs Specialist to join our in-house team and build commercial and construction experience in the modular construction industry.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and tenders related to commercial and construction projects
- Advise on corporate, property, employment, and regulatory matters
- Provide legal input into project planning and client negotiations
- Support dispute resolution, compliance, investigations, and special projects
- Assist with governance activities, including exposure to senior management involvement
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong business acumen, professionalism, and a curiosity for understanding complex commercial and construction issues. You will thrive in a friendly, collaborative environment and have a Bachelor of Laws (or JD) and eligibility to practice in an Australian State or Territory.
