We are currently seeking a flexible, team-oriented professional to join our team as a Casual Educator. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in children's services or equivalent qualification, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be required to hold a valid Working with Children Check and be willing to travel between our centres.

  • Actively contribute to the development of the education program in the room and centre
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe environment
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and organisational policies and procedures

You will achieve this by:

  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
  • Supervising children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Fostering a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
