As a leader in children’s services, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality supports to children and young people

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Current or willingness to obtain regulatory requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders
