Program Management Expertise

The successful candidate will lead and manage the development and implementation of a large-scale, complex ICT enabled change program. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to deliver business outcomes in line with industry standards.

A seasoned Program Director will direct project managers, stream leads, and teams delivering project works under the program's implementation strategy. Governance and risk management structures will be developed and overseen by the candidate in conjunction with the Department's PMO.

Integration of the program with other ICT initiatives across the organization is crucial. The candidate must apply effective program management principles to drive successful outcomes.

Senior program management experience, preferably in SAP projects/programs, is required. Demonstrated capacity to develop, lead, and manage ICT enabled change management programs/projects in complex service provider models is essential.
