Job Overview

This role will see you exercising a wide range of skills as part of dispute resolution processes with customer satisfaction at the forefront.

You will be joining a collaborative team where you will manage portfolios of complaints in accordance with established procedures.

You will assess, investigate and critically analyse policies, legislation and evidence to adopt a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. You are the final decision maker and will manage portfolios of either external or internal disputes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery and execution of customer advocacy strategies and business objectives
  • Ensuring organisational obligations under the law and industry codes are adhered to when managing complaints and disputes
  • Following established procedures in relation to complaints and compliance breaches
  • Providing feedback on process improvements to minimise recurrence or mitigation of customer dissatisfaction
  • Assessing and reviewing compliance by business units with industry codes and legislation
  • Undertaking timely and accurate responses to all complaints and disputes, providing fair and reasonable outcomes for customers
  • Working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders
