Migration Consultant Job

Are you an expert in international education services? We're seeking a highly skilled Migration Consultant to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing tailored advice on visa options, eligibility, and compliance to clients. You will design and execute immigration strategies for individual and corporate clients, ensuring sound commercial and legal solutions.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires strong knowledge of migration law, policy, and industry trends. You will be working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality representation to the Department of Home Affairs and relevant authorities. Your expertise will include preparing and lodging visa applications, handling AAT appearances, and managing all migration work with competence.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Provide tailored advice on visa options, eligibility, and compliance.
  2. Design and execute immigration strategies for individual and corporate clients.
  3. Manage client casework and deliver high-quality representation to the Department of Home Affairs and relevant authorities.
  4. Prepare and lodge visa applications, handle AAT appearances, and manage all migration work with competence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified RMA with current MARA registration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in immigration law.
  • Proven expertise across various visa subclasses and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal process.
  • Strong team player with experience supervising migration assistants.
  • Solid understanding of immigration legislation.
