Job Role

The Invigilator supports the Test Centre to ensure a superior service is provided to all customers and that operations are conducted in accordance with standards.


  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service – Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience at every point of their journey before, during, and after the test.
  • Operations Management – Management of test day activities, preparation of test day documents, and updating digital databases and records.
  • Quality and Compliance – Ensure all pre-test, test day, and post-test activities meet standards.
