Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Sharon Bennie, a boutique Real Estate agency located in the heart of the city.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Nurture strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate all leasing duties, including advertising and open inspections, to maximize occupancy rates.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Minimize arrears and ensure timely payment of rent and other expenses.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Property Management, with a strong understanding of property laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Assistant Agents Certificate (Certificate of Registration) or License, and a current driver's license.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be highly regarded.
