Hotel Front Desk Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front desk operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of hotel services
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest information, room inventory, and other essential data
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and resolving complex issues
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Familiarity with hotel management software and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
