A dedicated professional is sought to lead the Home Oxygen and Aged Care market across WA. This pivotal role demands a proactive problem-solver with exceptional relationship management and strategic planning skills.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact and site visits
  • Provide expert advice as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Promote new products and services to add value for accounts
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Lead internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from order to delivery
  • Manage customer contracts, including renewals and amendments, to ensure compliance
  • Analyse account profitability and take corrective action to meet targets
  • Monitor budgets and develop strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Utilise sales tools and software to effectively track activities and report on progress
  • Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with company HSEQ standards and procedures
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing management position, preferably within the healthcare or aged care sectors
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage profitability and budgets
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A firm understanding of contract management principles
  • Proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Sales Tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
  • A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
