Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive commercial property manager who can thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Ideal Experience & Skills:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in commercial property management is essential for success.
  2. A strong understanding of retail/commercial leases and outgoings is necessary.
  3. Proficiency in lease administration and financial reporting is required.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for building strong landlord and tenant relationships.
  5. Proficient in property management software and MS Office.
  6. A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (QLD) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with landlords and tenants.
  2. Oversee lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.
  3. Manage arrears, outgoings, budgets, and compliance requirements effectively.
  4. Conduct thorough inspections and prepare detailed condition reports.
  5. Coordinate capital works, fit-outs, and make-good projects efficiently.
  6. Liaise with contractors, tenants, and owners to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Utilize advanced property management software to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
