Job Overview

The Allied Health Assistant Grade 3 role is an excellent opportunity to support the care and rehabilitation of acute inpatients. Working closely with Physiotherapists, you will contribute to multi-disciplinary care and collaborate with Occupational Therapy to deliver holistic, patient-centred services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assistance to Allied Health professionals implementing therapy programs in consultation with the team
  • Work with direct supervision to implement therapeutic and related activities in individual and group settings
  • Perform non-clinical tasks such as administrative and cleaning duties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
  • Minimum 3 years' experience (full time equivalent)
  • Relevant experience working as an AHA in a healthcare setting preferred
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
