Parts and Site Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Parts and Site Support specialist.
This key position requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage parts sourcing and supply chain logistics for our contracting business.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to liaise closely with site team leaders to determine parts and site support requirements.
A key responsibility of this role is to ensure prompt delivery of parts to minimize downtime, requiring the ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for supporting our existing customer base, as well as new clients who have purchased or hired plant equipment nationwide.
Additional duties include troubleshooting issues via phone, internet, and email, sourcing parts both internationally and locally, and participating in regular meetings with management to discuss process improvements and company performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- To source and procure parts and services required for our contracting business.
- To manage parts inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- To communicate effectively with site team leaders to determine parts and site support requirements.
- To organize and prioritize the prompt delivery of parts to minimize downtime.
- To troubleshoot issues via phone, internet, and email, and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competent computer skills, preferably with experience in inventory and accounting software.
