Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team in Summer Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to take on a hands-on role, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in managing front and back of house operations, developing product knowledge, and effectively leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Team Leader or Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staffing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders
