Laboratory Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality testing services for clients.
- Mentor staff in data integrity and validation of filed and laboratory data;
- Work with the QA Manager to meet NATA requirements for lab quality systems;
- Prepare client details, project requirements, and submit testing schedules using electronic log-in management system;
- Oversee sampling, testing, and reporting in accordance with specifications and test methods;
- Generate invoices, review test reports, and manage laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration;
- Manage staff to ensure operational, technical, and WHS quality standards are met;
- Experience in soil, aggregate, and concrete testing to Australian and Vic Roads standards;
- Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent qualification;
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and WHS compliance;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills involving research, analysis, and evaluation of information;
- Australian Driver's licence and current or eligible Nuclear gauge licence;
