We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
- The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the full purchasing lifecycle, including raising and tracking purchase orders, coordinating contract renewals, and onboarding new suppliers.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in procurement coordination, including contract management and purchase order processing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily purchase orders across regions, ensuring purchases align with preferred suppliers, are coded correctly, and approved by senior stakeholders.
- Follow up with suppliers and sites to ensure timely delivery and confirm correct receipting of goods/services.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and fulfill commercial needs.
- Manage invoices through our system to ensure correct supplier, price, and purchase order assigned.
