Territory Sales Management Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage our retail Impulse customers in Melbourne as a Territory Sales Manager at Nestlé SA. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory through winning in-store displays and executing a commercial plan.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
* Build strong relationships with customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.

What You Will Bring:

* Sales and/or FMCG experience preferred – Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets including store or department management.
* Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills.
* Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the territory as if it's your own business across various Impulse and Convenience customers.
