Job Title: Strategic Engagement Officer

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • We seek a highly skilled and experienced candidate to provide exceptional secretariat support to senior executives in our organization.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for managing the flow of correspondence, documentation, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role involves overseeing the timely progress of correspondence, preparing and distributing reports, and contributing to quality-assurance of documents by identifying and rectifying grammatical errors.
  • The successful candidate will work within a small busy team with a focus on customer service excellence, handle competing deadlines, and ensure seamless coordination between departments and teams.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High-quality secretariat skills, including strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with document preparation and distribution, including report writing and editing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and rectify grammatical errors.
